Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy regarding claims, returns, and refunds carefully before making a purchase.

1. Claims & Returns

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request a claim within 7 days after receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • All packaging and accessories must be included.

  • Tags must remain attached.

  • The item must be unused.

  • 📹 Providing an unboxing video will help us process your request more quickly.

2. Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind.

  • Exceptions for Refund: Refunds will only be issued if the product arrives damaged or defective, AND we are unable to provide a replacement due to the item being out of stock.

  • Notification: Customers must notify us and provide proof of damage within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
