⚠️ Claims & Returns

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request a claim within 7 days after receiving your order, under the following conditions:
• Item must be in original condition
• All packaging and accessories included
• Tags must remain attached
• Item must be unused

กรณีได้รับสินค้าผิดจากที่สั่ง หรือสินค้ามีตำหนิจากการผลิต สามารถแจ้งเคลมได้ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังนี้
• สินค้าอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์
• อุปกรณ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ครบ
• ไม่ตัดป้ายสินค้า
• ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน
